5 ways to bust the stress build-up faster

In the current scenario, stress is a common issue for everyone. From high-school kids to adults, everyone faces it in certain situation. However, stress build-up can be really bad for physical and mental health. A good and healthy lifestyle that includes balanced diet, sufficient sleep and regular exercise will help you to deal with the problem and reduce the threat of stress-related complications. 


However, in some situation, you can feel stress build-up within you even after having a balanced life. In such cases use of simple things like brain stress balls, chewing gum or sipping green tea can help. 

    1.      Sip green tea
While feeling the stress, don’t indulge into tea or coffee. Change the caffeine practice. Replace the tea and coffee with herbal tea. Green tea are good at reducing anger and control the emotion that’s connected with tension.

If by any chance you are getting anxious when you are at work or college, do indulge into a handful of snacks. Don’t go for extra sugary or salty snacks but have some nuts, almonds, chocolate or celery sticks. Munching will help you with soothing the tensed mind naturally. 

5.      Play with stress balls
Brain stress balls are small cute looking soft balls that you can grip in your palm. This works as an amazing stress buster. You only put your effort in squeezing the ball and relieve the pressure repeatedly. It manipulates the brain nerves and reduces your tension instantly.
